🔄 Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at  info@jellyorcat.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Our support team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If the product is returned used, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Email  info@jellyorcat.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Attach photos showing the issue.

  3. Include your order number.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


✏️ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After an order has shipped, we cannot cancel or reroute the package.
